LNG: a sustainable and financially sound choice
At the moment, low-emission and efficient liquefied natural gas (LNG) is one of the best solutions for cleaner industrial energy. It is a sustainable solution to curbing emission related to the energy consumption of industry and road and maritime transport, because out of all the available fossil fuels, it is clearly the cleanest choice – and no compromise on efficiency is needed.
The volume of natural gas in its liquid state is about 1/600 of the original. This allows for efficient storage and transport, even to destinations outside the gas network.
